Loss or crisis is something that most people are unprepared for. The nature of loss can be an incredibly isolating experience, leaving individuals and families in dire need of specialized support. These experiences alter the way we feel about ourselves, how we view the world, and the way we move forward in life.
Vicki has extensive experience in providing multi level grief and trauma counseling to individuals and families through various stages across the lifespan. We grieve in our own unique way and she believes the most effective and authentic way to begin the healing process is by creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion and safety in a non-judgemental space. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trained in trauma therapy, she believes in an individualized approach to therapy and integrate several evidence based treatment modalities as a foundation for treatment. Vicki recognizes that emotional, psychological and physical factors influence each person’s journey to hope and healing.
